ZabaCRM is a portal-based core CRM (Customer relationship management) application developed by Combis for Zagrebačka banka (member of UniCredit group, Italy) (largest bank in Croatia).
Our partner Combis Ltd was title holder of the project, while Neoinfo Ltd. engineers took part in development of certain modules, through all layers (full stack): database access, CICS procedures, SQLJ data access layer, business logic layer and GUI (portlets, JSP and JSF).
MultiPlusCard is the greatest Croatian customer loyalty program, with some of the largest Croatian companies included such as Konzum, UniCredit Zagrebačka banka (member of UniCredit group, Italy), Hrvatski Telekom (member of Deutsche Telekom group, Germany) etc. For the purpose of administering the loyalty program a custom Web application was developed.
Our partner Combis Ltd was title holder of the project, while Neoinfo Ltd. took part in development of the user interface system. Various Java technologies were used.
The system is currently live in MultiPlusCard d.o.o.
ComCon is an IT system for effective port container traffic management. Furthermore, complete business process automation as well as online access for all agents enables advance communication and integration of port functions with other interested parties (agents, freight companies, customs, police etc.)
